1) Please try to avoid putting your name down in the Guestbook unless you are sure that you can play for the full 2 hours on the day. Leaving the game early or arriving late spoils the game for everyone else.

2) If you put your name down as player number 17 or 18 then please include your mobile no. in the Guestbook message alongside your name. If someone can't play, they can call you to ask if you can take their place - you can say yes or no, so you are not committing yourself by putting your name down after No. 16. However, without your phone number being on the guestbook, you may not get a call.

3) If you put your name in the Guestbook but then realise that you can't play, then please phone around the players in the Guestbook at No. 17, 18... as they may be able to take your place. Their name and phone number should be on the Guestbook. If you can't find a replacement for yourself then please text me to let me know.

4) I would like to have everyone's email address/mobile numbers. This is because going through a 3rd person to communicate with someone takes up too much time! So if you read this and think I may not have your email address/name/phone no. then please email it all to me - thank you! (Used for urgent contact mainly - e.g. game cancellation) PS My no. is 07877 066072.

5) The pitch booking is done by Saad (many thanks!). Booking confirmation will not usually be possible until one of the week-days. However, I plan to empty the Guestbook on Sundays usually, after each game. If you put your name in the Guestbook but the booking is unsuccessful (as v. occassionally can happen) then I shall text you to let you know the game is cancelled and put a message on the Guestbook.

6) If your friends/brothers have played in the games that I have been organising but you can't see their email address in the 'sent to' list at the top then please forward this email to them - or provide me with their email address & mobile no.(with their permission) please.

1. View scheduled games in the left hand column.

2. To play in a game, click on the appropriate guestbook.

3. See how many have put their name down.

4. If the maximum number has not been reached, you may put your name down for the game.

5. You may need to submit a comment before some Guestbooks will allow you to post your entry.

6. If there are not enough names in a guestbook the day before the game then it will be cancelled at least 24hrs before the start of the game (e.g. 7pm Sun if the game was meant to be at 7pm Mon) - I shall notify those who have put their name down by text (please ensure I have your uptodate mobile number).
